What regular care costs per month and per year
Regular care is one visit a month, so it costs from $99 a month incl. GST, plus chemicals as quoted.

Pools with heavy use or lots of leaves may need extra attention between visits. You can book that as a one-off clean, from $139 incl. GST, plus chemicals as quoted.

- Condition. How much cleaning and treatment the water needs on the day.
- Leaves and debris. Trees, wind and nearby open ground add time to every visit.

Chemicals are charged on top of the service price, as quoted. We test the water first, and your quote lists what your pool needs and what each item costs. If your pool needs extra treatment or a return visit, we’ll discuss the cost with you before going ahead.
We itemise because chemical needs vary from pool to pool and from one visit to the next, especially after a hot spell or a storm. Listing them separately means you pay for what your pool needs and can see exactly what went in.

The price depends on how green the water is, the condition of the filter and pump, how much debris has settled and how many return visits it takes. If the pool needs extra treatment or another visit, we discuss the cost with you first.

One-off clean: when it’s worth it
A one-off clean, from $139 incl. GST plus chemicals, is for a pool that needs a thorough clean but hasn’t turned green. A one-off clean can suit:
- before a party, a family visit or the first swim of summer
- after a holiday, when the pool has been left for a few weeks
- after a storm has filled it with leaves and debris
- when you’ve fallen behind and want a fresh start
If the water has already turned green, a one-off clean won’t be enough. Green pool help is the right service, and we assess the pool first.
What the price doesn’t include
- Chemicals, which are itemised on your quote.
- Repairs. Our servicing doesn’t include repairs. If we spot a fault, we’ll explain what needs attention; electrical, gas and other specialist work go to the right qualified trade.
- Extra treatment or return visits for a green pool, which we discuss with you before going ahead.
- Draining, acid washing or other extra work, which is quoted separately before we go ahead.
