What we collect and why
When you ask for a quote, we collect the details you type into the form: the service you’re interested in, your suburb and postcode, your name, your phone number and/or email address, whether you’re already a Sunwest Mowing customer, and any message you add. We also note the date and time of your request and, if you arrived from an advertising link, the campaign name in that link.
We use these details only to reply to your enquiry, give you a quote and arrange any service you ask for.
To stop the form being misused, we also use a one-way scrambled version of your internet address to limit how many requests can be sent in a short time. We don’t keep your actual internet address.
Where it is stored
Your enquiry is handled by three service providers:
- Vercel hosts this website and runs the form.
- Upstash keeps a private stored copy of your enquiry.
- Resend delivers your enquiry to our office inbox by email.
These providers may process or store data outside Australia, including in the United States.
How long we keep it
The stored copy of your enquiry is deleted automatically 12 months after you send it. If you become a customer, we keep the records we need to provide the service and to meet our legal obligations.
Marketing
We don’t use your enquiry for marketing, and we don’t sell or share it with anyone else for their marketing. We would only send you marketing if you separately agree to it.
Your choices
You can ask to see the details we hold about you, correct them or have them deleted. Email office@sunwestpools.com.au or call 0403 765 000.
Please leave gate codes, alarm codes and passwords out of the form. We’ll ask for access details when a visit is arranged.
