Pool cleaning service areas in Perth north of the river
Sunwest Pools cleans and maintains pools in Perth north of the river, roughly 20 km from the city. That covers suburbs in nine council areas, from City Beach and Hillarys on the coast to Bassendean and Henley Brook in the east. Find your suburb below, or check it in the quote form.
Areas at a glance
Our area falls into four broad parts.
Inner north and west
The city fringe and the established suburbs west towards the coast, from Highgate, North Perth and Mount Lawley to Wembley, Floreat and City Beach. Older, tree-lined streets can mean more leaves in the pool.
Coastal north
Beachside suburbs from Scarborough, Trigg and North Beach up to Hillarys, Sorrento and Marmion, with Karrinyup, Carine and Duncraig a little inland. Sea breezes can blow sand and debris into a pool.
Central and outer north
The middle and northern suburbs, from Osborne Park, Balcatta and Mirrabooka to Warwick, Kingsley, Landsdale and Darch. It takes in Stirling, Nollamara, Balga, Girrawheen and Marangaroo along the way.
North-east and Swan
From Maylands, Bayswater and Bassendean near the river to Morley, Ballajura and Malaga, and out to the newer estates at Brabham, Dayton and Henley Brook.

Check your suburb
Type your suburb into the quote form and it tells you straight away whether it’s on our list. If it isn’t, send your details anyway and we’ll confirm.
Check your suburb in the formHow visits are arranged
Once the price is agreed, we confirm a visit time with you. We work Monday to Saturday, 7am to 5pm.
- Regular care is one visit a month, at a time we arrange with you.
- One-off cleans are booked when you need them, with no ongoing booking.
- Green pools are assessed first, and we confirm the price before any work starts.
After every visit we leave a note of what was done. See regular pool maintenance for what each visit covers.
What to tell us when you get in touch
A few details help us confirm your suburb and give you an accurate price the first time.
- Your suburb and postcode, so we can confirm it’s in our area.
- The service you want: regular care, a one-off clean or help with a green pool. If you’re not sure, choose “Not sure”.
- Anything useful about the pool, such as its rough size, whether it’s salt-chlorinated or whether it sits under trees. Add these in the “Anything else we should know?” box, or skip them and we’ll ask.
- Access, such as a side gate or a dog. Please leave gate codes and passwords out of the form.
If you’d rather talk it through, call us.
What we offer across the area
The same three services and the same starting prices apply wherever your pool is in our area. All prices include GST, and chemicals are extra and itemised on your quote.
Just outside the area?
We cover the suburbs listed above, including some in the City of Joondalup and the City of Wanneroo. We don’t currently cover the suburbs of Joondalup, Wanneroo or Ellenbrook, anything further north or east than the list, or anything south of the river. If your pool is just outside the area, ask us and we’ll tell you honestly whether we can help.
Areas we don’t cover
- Anywhere south of the river
- The suburbs of Joondalup, Wanneroo and Ellenbrook
- Suburbs further north or east than the list above
If you’re close to the edge, it’s still worth asking. Type your suburb into the quote form or call us, and we’ll give you a straight answer.
